A Download Didn't Work

First check the service status page and the reasons a post can't be saved on the downloader FAQ: private and deleted posts, profile links and very long videos are the usual causes. If it still fails, send:

• the TikTok link you pasted,
• the exact message TokVanta showed,
• your device and browser, for example “iPhone 15, Safari” or “Windows, Chrome”.

Copyright and Rights Requests

If you own a video or sound and have a concern, include the TikTok link, the TokVanta page involved and a short description. The copyright page explains what TokVanta stores (no media files) and what a request can change.

Privacy Questions

The privacy policy covers what the server sees when you paste a link and how long it keeps it. Write to us if something there isn't clear.

Business and Feedback

Ideas for new features, partnership questions and general feedback are welcome too. TokVanta doesn't sell followers, likes or accounts, so messages offering those won't get a reply.

TokVanta is independent and can't help with your TikTok account itself, such as a ban, login problem or lost draft. For those, use TikTok's in-app Report a problem option.
